Refund policy
We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged. If your item was received in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We do not offer refunds for items that were purchased in good condition and as seen. All sales are final once items are confirmed to be in perfect condition at the time of purchase.
To start your return process, please email us at contact@thyconix.com. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be posted. If you have not received it after this time, contact us at contact@thyconix.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges are only available within 7 days for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@thyconix.com.
